Wildlife is essential to a healthy ecosystem and should be treasured and protected.  I enjoy animals and love seeing them in their natural habitat.  They have personalities; they often amuse and amaze me.  

 

I do not fancy myself a wildlife photographer.  I have neither the patience, nor the gear, nor the willingness to stand in one place for hours or hike many miles to find the more elusive animals.   But I have found accessible locations that I enjoy returning to again and again where I can see wildlife and sometimes even get lucky and photograph them.
